Well it seems the property market has found it’s base.  Despite the RBA increasing the cash rate again, the queues at opens are back and buyers are competing for their target property.

The frustrating thing about buying property is that it looks easy . . until you try to do it.

On the surface, it seems you can just select the property you want and then go right up and buy it.  Of course . . that’s not what happens if you’re buying a great property.

Though it can definitely happen if you’re buying a lemon, paying too much, buying in a street that is just about to become the new highway, or in an area everyone is selling out of because there’s serious and consistent flood risk.

While you might try to get a handle on the best approach to take, most buyers quickly become overwhelmed and strung out between what the media says about the market, what real estate agents are saying, and what your friends and family are telling you to do.

BUT . . .

Wouldn’t it be great to have access to the latest and most practical information so you can cut through the noise and buy the property that’s best just for you?

Imagine being able to be confident about the price you’re offering on a property AND knowing the best way to actually buy it?

ALSO . . . wouldn’t it be good to be able to know how to assess properties so you can avoid buying a property that will be a financial nightmare?

We think buyers should have all this information, but when you’re not buying on a regular basis it’s impossible to keep up with the latest strategies, tools and data that will make buying easier.

That’s why we have developed the ‘Buyer Success Program.  Packed with practical information, the Buyer Success Program covers the four essential components of buying property

  • How to pinpoint your property price
  • What to inspect at your inspections
  • How to make an offer the agents and the vendors will love
  • How to win your auction
